"Answering Open-Ended Questions" reviews techniques students can use to more effectively answer open-ended questions. Section 1 allows students to evaluate open-ended responses and determine if they satisfy the criteria of having valid reasoning, relevant and supportive evidence, and an insightful or unique conclusion. Section 2 explains what a rubric is and how it is used to score and evaluate student responses.
