Inclement Weather Policy
If road and weather conditions require class cancellations an announcement will be made as early as possible on the day of the class. That announcement will be broadcast on WFAA Channel 8 television and on radio station WBAP-820 am. Region 10 will also post the cancellation on their website homepage (www.region10.org).
There may not be anyone at Region 10 to answer the telephone on an inclement weather day, however, a recorded message regarding the closing can be accessed by calling 972-348-1700.
Always use a current email address when registering for a Region 10 class. Whenever possible, email notifications are also sent to registrants via the course enrollment.
If a class must be cancelled, you will receive rescheduling information as soon as possible.
